  4. Kaizen
It focuses on processes that need to be improved before results, however, the Japanese do not focus on processes, but on performance to achieve the objectives.

This was a problem that Kaizen faced as they questioned his methods.
In the end, the staff members realized over time about Kaizen values since they were effective, and applied it based on the learning that was obtained.

    Japanese learning about Kaizen theory:

-They gain new knowledge and develop cooperative attitudes.
    -More effective problem solving.
-Existence of more communication between the administration and the workers.

  6. Kaizen is a philosophy with participatory approach in an ascending scale that is to say from the production line to the top management, since the employees are the ones in charge of taking the actions of continuous improvement in its area of work, ordering the raw materials and the tools Necessary to perform the tasks assigned, this reduces waste, creates a better working environment and creates the participation of employees to improve processes using the tools available without the need to make new investments, ie Uses in an effective and controlled way the tools and materials with which they are counted, in turn this philosophy is simple and easy to learn where anyone with basic knowledge can understand it. As any philosophy depends on the ability of employees to accept change and good teamwork for the success of this philosophy, being able to apply to many productive segments from service, manufacturing companies, public administration, etc.
