  1. I don`t agree with Ishikawa, because the inspection will always need regardless of the product to be sold. You should always inspect the product to comply with the procedures and standards, with the purpose of presenting a quality product without compromising the image of the company.

  2. I am agree with him because once we make sure that all the process of production and selling is made with quality including all the materials, times and employees we do the inspection even after we sell the product or service but we do it just in a while when we make sure that the product or service has compliment it's quality so it is the time when the quality reaches it's ideal state and it doesn't longer requires inspection

  3. I do not agree, because the state review process ensures that quality is maintained and adds value to our product or service.
Even when processes are constantly monitored errors committed therefore , it is necessary not help overlook this importate activity.

  5. Yes, because I think that after a certain time, even when the company or brand is already well known always be inspected as they constantly going to be failures in business, however insignificant they are, and must be inspected for ensure that their products are good and that both the machines used for the creation of its products and its staff is always effective and efficient in order to offer customers products with the highest quality standards.

  6. My opinion is...
I don't agree with Ishikawa' as it must continue to continuous improvement to prevent future failures, to reach the ideal quality does not ensure that the results remain feasible for the company, may occur during the process of the product or service failures machinery or product demand that can not have foreseen.

  7. I think that the quality in the case of which it is carried out, must be kept current in the process and the product but for this it is necessary to continue implementing the inspection, because failure to perform the inspection we will not be able to realize if our processes and products continue with the quality you expect.

  10. I´m disagree because it's always indispensable get a right inspection although if it reached a high quality must be inspected so all the process can execute adequately with the right rules, if this is not supervised it can give the situation that the employee doesn't perform his work as it was required.

  11. In my opinion, I think not, because the inspection is always going to be necessary in any process, even more in quality as this should always be monitored to avoid errors and achieve the objectives of the organization.
The inspection must always be carried out even if the quality is achieved, as part of its process control and management, and will always be necessary to be vigilant to detect faults. The quality goes hand in hand with the inspection, since the inspection is part of process control and quality management.

  13. I am not agree, because always the management must have in maind all process, not only if the products are sell good, y theyr are of quality good. suddely can happen fails in the process, maybe in the production, or in the human capital, or in the economy of the organization. And for this reasons i believe that in every organization must have inspection always, altougth theyr have the perfect products.

  14. I don´t agree with him, because the inspection is always necessary although the quality of our product or service is excellent, since the processes inspected not cause problems, for example, problems with machinery, which if not treated immediately it can cause more damage or personnel not having supervicion can slow the pace of their work.

  15. Personally, I consider that though already have the quality, we must inspect. Because our principal “función” is to satisfaced to the costumer. Nowadays, the costumer’s necessities changes, so the products must to change or innovate. Even though the company already is in the height, it have to assure it survival in the market and don’t be over confident. A mistake always will be present and can affects in the products though it be mínimum. So the total quality gives a competitive advantage over the rest companies. This always will want to take a step forward.

  16. I disagree with this statement ...

Because when a product or service has fulfilled the characteristics necessary or ideals to have quality, it is because some time ago, has continued a process of direct inspection, and this has contributed to that product or service has quality. Once it has come to this "ideal state" it is when we must pay attention to keep for the process to continue carrying out the same way, to continue with the same characteristics that make us competitive in the market and have quality.

If you believe that reaching quality stop monitoring is correct, it would fall into an error, because the nature of human beings is that lack of supervision, not the activities are performed with the same performance.

  18. quality should always be on the minds of managers. inspection and quality go hand in hand , so that I do not agree with Ishikawa, because the company must always be these two actions , if you want to continue in the taste of customers.
when a worker is not inspected , workers tend to do things with less quality.

  19. I don’t agree with Ishikawa. The inspection will always be necessary though our products already be of quality. We have to check that the process follows correctly to maintain the quality that characterizes the company, on the contrary, if we don’t have inspection, we run the risk that the process won’t make by the stipulate norms, and have a bad quality product at the end. Our company can lost the prestige that have had for a long time. It’s better to invest a little about inspection, that having serious losts by a simple mistake.
